Selection
and training of our cabin crew is aimed at providing high
levels of service consistent with Myanmar’s gentle
traditions.We employ both local and foreign pilots who are
trained at Avions de Transport Regional's (ATR) training
facilities. The Aircraft Maintenance Engineers are trained
at both ATR and Pratt & Whitney's facilities. Air Mandalay's
aircraft are maintained to European JAR 145 standards. All
aircraft in Air Mandalay's fleet are inspected twice a year
by French DGAC.
